Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
Refunds will be issued after the returned product is received and inspected.
Shipping/delivery charges are non-refundable.
Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used beauty products cannot be returned.
